SHIPPING TIME

The Netherlands / Belgium

Orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm and fully in stock will be processed and presented for shipment the same day. PostNL will deliver them the next delivery day. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday between 8 am and 10 pm, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends will be processed and presented for shipment the next business day.

International

Orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm and fully in stock will be processed and presented for shipment the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends will be processed and presented for shipment the next business day. International shipments are handled via PostNL in cooperation with national postal services.
Shipping time:
Europe: 2 - 7 business days
Outside Europe: 5 - 15 business days

Due to increased import restrictions, we no longer ship to the United States or Brazil.

What you also need to know

Orders are processed as soon as they are complete. If your order consists of items with different delivery dates (such as a pre-order), we will process the order as soon as it is fully complete. You will receive an automated e-mail when your order is dispatched.

In The Netherlands, up to 2 shirts will be sent as a letterbox parcel. Above that amount it will be sent as a regular parcel. In both cases your shipment is provided with a Track & Trace code.

Parcels in the Netherlands and Belgium are by default delivered to a PostNL collection point if the recipient is not at home. If the parcel is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to us. You can specify alternative delivery preferences in the PostNL app. The way your international parcel is handled in case you cannot take it varies per country.


OKIMONO POWERED BY... PICK UP POINT

You can also choose to pick up your order at our shops in Arnhem, Eindhoven, Utrecht, Leeuwarden or Delft. You can choose one of these options at the checkout. There will be no shipping costs charged. We ship pick up orders once a week (at Tuesday) to the stores outside Arnhem. Once your order is received and available at the pick up point, you will receive a pick up notice by e-mail.

The shipping date is the expected shipping date. This date is the best possible estimate based on indications from our studio/printer and is almost always met. However, no rights can be derived from the expected date. You will, however, receive a nice wait-saving discount on a pre-order item. That much is true. Note: because the pre-order period and the production period partially overlap, it can sometimes happen that a product or size is already sold out before it arrives at our warehouse. So order on time! Should the product unexpectedly be sold out, please use the 'Unfortunately sold out - email me when available again' option during size selection for a handy email when it comes back in stock.

 'Voor Altijd Geel Zwart' (Forever Yellow-Black), design by Team Okimono, is an ode to true club loyalty, the belief that football should exist for its supporters, and the capital of Gelderland, whose municipal borders have had the shape of an eagle since 1892.

'Voor Altijd Geel Zwart' (Forever Yellow Black), combines two classics. On the front: 'Voor Altijd' (Forever), 2024, created in response to the supporter-led rescue action for Vitesse. And on the back: 'De Hele Stad Geel Zwart' (The Whole Town Yellow and Black), 2021, made for the cup final. This shirt is also a tribute to our master printer from Elst with a yellow-black heart, who will soon retire and who printed all our yellow-black homages.

All Okimono ladies' shirts have a tailored and fitted shape. Our new Ladies T301 style has, from size M upwards, more room in the bust and hip area than the familiar Ladies T201 style. If you like this, you can stick to the same size. If you still want a similar sporty and tailored fit as the familiar Ladies T201 style, we advise you, from size L upwards, to order one size smaller than you did before at Okimono.

To choose the right size, it is best to measure a well-fitting shirt from your collection and compare it to our size chart below.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Team Okimono is a collaboration consisting of members of Okimono's Graphic Committee (Gerrit J. Weeren, Bart Kaper and Coert de Boe) and graphic designer Maya Knepfle.

ABOUT THE SHIRTS

Our t-shirts and sweaters are manufactured in Portugal (completely fair) and are made of 100% organic GOTS certified cotton.

Our advise is to wash your items inside out at 30 degrees, even better for the environment, so they stay best.

If you doubt between two sizes, we advise you to choose the largest of the two.

SHIPPING INFO

Orders on business days before 2 pm and with all products in stock are usually shipped the same day. If one or more products have been ordered as a pre-order, the order will be shipped when all products are available. Is a product still in pre-order? Then the expected delivery date is stated on the product page.

In the Netherlands and Belgium your order will be delivered by PostNL. International shipping is executed by Deutsche Post.
