Elmar Noteboom (1979) is an Arnhem based artist/illustrator with an expressive cartoonesk pop art style.  He studied at the art academy and graduated cum laude. Elmar draws with fineliners, markers, Indian ink, acryllic paint, and does it very fast. Some call it doodling.
