Orders are processed as quickly as possible (usually within 1 to 3 business days) and sent with Track & Trace. We send our shipments in the afternoon via Fietskoeriers, bike couriers. Fietskoeriers delivers in the major Dutch cities and use their partner DHL for addresses they cannot reach by bicycle themselves. International shipments are delivered by Skynet. Skynet may use a 3rd party carrier depending on the destination country. The way your package is handled in case you are not at home therefore may vary per country as well.
Orders are dispatched as soon as they are complete. If your order consists of items with different delivery dates (such as a pre-order), we will send the order as soon as it is complete. You will receive an automated e-mail when your order is dispatched.Up to 2 shirts will be sent as a letterbox package. Above that amount it will be sent as a package and has to be signed for. Packages will be delivered to your neighbours if the recipients are not present. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts the package will be returned to us.
Attention: due to the workload at our carriers (especially during the holidays) a delay in the shipping time may occur.

You can also choose to pick up your order at our shops in Arnhem, Eindhoven, Leeuwarden, Utrecht and Nijmegen. Or at our warehouse in Arnhem. You can choose one of these options at the checkout. There will be no shipping costs charged. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a pickup notice by e-mail.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and that it meets your expectations. Is a shirt not in the right size or not quite what you expected? Then you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt by creating a return request at retourneren.nl/okimono.
Exchange an item
It is possible to indicate in your return request for which item you want to exchange. Our website shows the available stock so you know whether your desired item is also in stock. When processing your return request, we will reserve the desired item for you. As soon as we have received your return, we will send it to you.
If you prefer to receive a coupon code or your money back that is of course also possible.
Return shipping methods and shipping costs
During your return request, you can choose from several delivery services for sending your return. The shipping costs are for your own account and you can easily pay via the return portal. You will then receive a shipping label from us by email. If an error or defective item has been delivered, you will receive a free shipping label from us if you register your return via the return portal.
Do you have an item that fits through the letterbox (max. 3 cm thickness)? Then choose the letterbox package from PostNL at the lowest cost.
Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that Okimono is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
You can also drop off your return shipment at our store or warehouse in Arnhem (unfortunately this is NOT possible at the pickup points in Eindhoven, Utrecht and Leeuwarden!). Then choose the option 'I arrange it myself' as shipping method. You will not receive cash in the store. This will be refunded to your account in the same way it was paid.
Received damaged or wrong item
Our apologies! We'd like to know what went wrong. During the return request, we ask you to first send a description and a photo of the damage. This allows us to evaluate the problem and take appropriate steps in consultation with you. You will receive a free return label from us by email as soon as your return request is approved. After receiving your return, we will send a replacement item.
Return or exchange via our store or warehouse in Arnhem
Have you placed a web order? It is also possible to exchange these in our store or warehouse in Arnhem. We recommend that you first contact us or send an email to email@example.com for the current stock. Not all items/sizes are in stock in our store / warehouse.
Return or exchange via the Powered-By Stores
Have you made a purchase in one of the Powered-By stores in Eindhoven, Utrecht, Leeuwarden or Nijmegen? Then we would like to refer you to the relevant store for returning or exchanging your purchase. It is not possible to exchange or return an item purchased in a Powered-By store elsewhere. The other way around, you cannot return or exchange web orders at the Powered-By stores.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our return period of 30 days is subject to the right of withdrawal. As we mention here in our return policy, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving notice. After making a withdrawal notice, you then have another 14 days to return the order.
