Orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm and fully in stock will be processed and presented for shipment the same day. PostNL will deliver them the next delivery day. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday between 8 am and 10 pm, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends will be processed and presented for shipment the next business day.

International

Orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm and fully in stock will be processed and presented for shipment the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends will be processed and presented for shipment the next business day. International shipments are handled via PostNL in cooperation with national postal services.

Europe: 2 - 7 business days
Outside Europe: 5 - 15 business days

Due to increased import restrictions, we no longer ship to the United States or Brazil.

What you also need to know

Orders are processed as soon as they are complete. If your order consists of items with different delivery dates (such as a pre-order), we will process the order as soon as it is fully complete. You will receive an automated e-mail when your order is dispatched.

In The Netherlands, up to 2 shirts will be sent as a letterbox parcel. Above that amount it will be sent as a regular parcel. In both cases your shipment is provided with a Track & Trace code.

Parcels in the Netherlands and Belgium are by default delivered to a PostNL collection point if the recipient is not at home. If the parcel is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to us. You can specify alternative delivery preferences in the PostNL app. The way your international parcel is handled in case you cannot take it varies per country.


OKIMONO POWERED BY... PICK UP POINT

You can also choose to pick up your order at our shops in Arnhem, Eindhoven, Utrecht, Leeuwarden or Delft. You can choose one of these options at the checkout. There will be no shipping costs charged. We ship pick up orders once a week (at Tuesday) to the stores outside Arnhem. Once your order is received and available at the pick up point, you will receive a pick up notice by e-mail.

The shipping date is the expected shipping date. This date is the best possible estimate based on indications from our studio/printer and is almost always met. However, no rights can be derived from the expected date. You will, however, receive a nice wait-saving discount on a pre-order item. That much is true. Note: because the pre-order period and the production period partially overlap, it can sometimes happen that a product or size is already sold out before it arrives at our warehouse. So order on time! Should the product unexpectedly be sold out, please use the 'Unfortunately sold out - email me when available again' option during size selection for a handy email when it comes back in stock.

 'Avondetappe' (Evening Ride), graphic design by Rhonald Blommestijn, is an ode to anyone faster than their shadow, enjoying a bike ride in the setting sun, and heading outside for another hour or two after a long day.

Our cycling apparel has been produced by Velor since 2026 — the company led in part by former pro rider Tom Leezer. For our cycling jerseys, they use RELOV: a brand new, groundbreaking, fully circular fabric.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Rhonald Blommestijn (Amsterdam, 1961) is a Dutch illustrator, graphic designer, and animator. On his website blommestijn.com, he calls his work 'Simple illustrations for complex stories.'

ABOUT OUR CYCLING WEAR

Our cycling wear is quite exclusive and thus limited in availability. Since 2026, our cycling wear has been produced by Velor — the company led in part by former pro rider Tom Leezer. For our cycling jerseys, they use RELOV: a brand-new, groundbreaking, fully circular fabric. RELOV is the first cycling material made entirely from recycled textile waste — including old cycling jerseys — without compromising on quality or technical performance. And besides Velor itself, Okimono is the very first brand allowed to work with it.

Where ordinary cycling jerseys - a hard-to-recycle blend of polyester and elastane - usually end up incinerated, RELOV takes a different route. Through a chemical recycling process (glycolysis), polyester is broken down to its core molecules and rebuilt into new fibres with a quality equivalent to virgin polyester. Unlike traditional mechanical recycling, this also makes it possible to process complex technical textile blends.

The fabric is produced entirely in Europe, in a traceable chain from collection to weaving. As a result, its environmental impact is considerably lower than that of conventional polyester produced in Asia. The clothing is produced in Velor's atelier in Portugal.

SHIPPING INFO

Orders on business days before 2 pm and with all products in stock are usually shipped the same day. If one or more products have been ordered as a pre-order, the order will be shipped when all products are available. Is a product still in pre-order? Then the expected delivery date is stated on the product page.

In the Netherlands and Belgium your order will be delivered by PostNL. International shipping is executed by Deutsche Post.
