Orders are processed as quickly as possible (usually within 1 to 3 business days) and sent with Track & Trace. We work together with the Fietskoeriers. The bicycle couriers deliver in the major cities and use partners for addresses they cannot reach by bicycle themselves. We send our shipments in the afternoon.
Up to 2 shirts will be sent as a letterbox package. Above that amount it will be sent as a package and has to be signed for. Packages will be delivered to your neighbours if the recipients are not present. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts (Mon-Fri between 18.00 and 22.00) the package will be returned to us. Shipments to business addresses are delivered Mon-Fri between 9.00 and 18.00 hours.
Orders are dispatched as soon as they are complete and correct. If your order consists of items with different delivery dates (such as a pre-order), we will send the order as soon as it is complete. You will receive an automated e-mail when your order is dispatched.
Attention: due to the workload at our carriers (especially during Black Friday and the holidays) a delay may occur to the shipping time in addition to our processing time.

You can also choose to pick up your order at our shops in Arnhem, Eindhoven, Leeuwarden and Utrecht. It is also possible to pick up your order at our warehouse in Arnhem. You can choose one of these options at the checkout. There will be no shipping costs charged. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a pickup notice by e-mail.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase and that it meets your expectations. Is a shirt not the right size or not quite to your expectations? As we mention here, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. After giving notice of withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to return the order.
If you return an article, you will have to pay the shipping costs, unless an incorrect or faulty article has been delivered. In that case we will refund the shipping costs up to the maximum amount of € 3.95 (up to 2 shirts) or € 6.95 (3 shirts or more or hoodies/sweaters). The best thing to do is to contact us about this in advance. Any costs above this amount are at your own expense.
RETURN VIA RETOURNEREN.NL/OKIMONO
To submit your return to us, go to retourneren.nl/okimono, Or log into your Okimono account and go to the order you want to return. There you'll find a link to the returns portal and the order number and e-mail address are already filled in for you.
After entering the order number and the e-mail address you used for the order, you can select the item(s) you wish to return.
Then you can enter the reason for the return (not mandatory) and whether you want a replacement coupon code or a refund.
In the next step you can choose which shipping method you want to use to return the item, whether you want to insure the shipment and how you want to pay for it.
After your return request, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to complete the return process.
Please note! If you have received a damaged item, you must first send us an explanation and a photo of the damage so that we can assess it and take appropriate steps in consultation with you.
EXCHANGE THROUGH OUR STORE OR OUR WAREHOUSE (ONLY IN ARNHEM)
It is also possible to exchange in our shop or warehouse in Arnhem (unfortunately this is NOT possible at the pick-up points in Eindhoven, Utrecht and Leeuwarden!). We advise you to first contact the branch in question or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the current stock. Not all items of our collection are in stock in our stores.
Attention: if you want to return in the shop in Arnhem you can only hand in the return package. You will not receive any cash. This will be refunded to your account in the same way as it was paid for.
Returns are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Okimono is not liable for any damage or loss of returned items.
