We make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and that it meets your expectations. Is a shirt not in the right size or not quite what you expected? Then you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt by creating a return request at okimono.nl/return.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. We offer you a return shipment via our returns portal starting from €4.95. If you want to exchange an item, we will send you a new one free of charge.
Exchange an item
You can easily exchange your T-shirt for another size in our returns portal. And if your size is out of stock, you can just as easily swap it for another color or even a different T-shirt. Easy peasy! As soon as we receive your return, we will ship your replacement(s) to you free of charge.
Return shipping methods and costs
During your return request, you can choose from several delivery services for shipping your return. The shipping costs are at your own expense and can easily be settled via the returns portal. You will then receive a shipping label from us by email. If you prefer, you can also arrange the return shipment yourself.
Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that Okimono is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
Received damaged or wrong item
Our apologies! We'd like to know what went wrong. During the return request, we ask you to first send a description and a photo of the damage. This allows us to evaluate the problem and take appropriate steps in consultation with you. You will receive a free return label from us by email as soon as your return request is approved.
Return or exchange via our store or warehouse in Arnhem
You can also hand in your return at our store or warehouse in Arnhem (unfortunately, this is NOT possible at the collection points in Eindhoven, Leeuwarden, Utrecht, and Nijmegen). Swapping is also possible, and if you do this via the returns portal, you will immediately know whether we have your replacement item in stock. And we will make sure your replacement item is ready when you come to drop off your return. Not all items are in stock in our store/warehouse. You will not receive cash in the store. This will be refunded to your bank account.
Return or exchange via the Powered-By Stores
Have you made a purchase in one of the Powered-By stores in Eindhoven, Utrecht, Leeuwarden or Nijmegen? Then we would like to refer you to the relevant store for returning or exchanging your purchase. It is not possible to exchange or return an item purchased in a Powered-By store elsewhere. The other way around, you cannot return or exchange web orders at the Powered-By stores.
Processing your return
We do our best to inform you as soon as possible about your return. After receipt, we process the return within 1 - 3 working days. When refunding your purchase amount, the same payment method will be used as when you ordered. Thanks for understanding!

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our return period of 30 days is subject to the right of withdrawal. As we mention here in our return policy, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving notice. After making a withdrawal notice, you then have another 14 days to return the order.
